Health disclaimer - read this one
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nobody who writes it is a clinician. We are not doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors or certified ergonomists, and we make no such claim anywhere.
This site discusses back pain, sciatica, coccyx pain, hip pain and neck pain in the specific context of how a chair distributes load while you sit. It does not diagnose anything, it does not tell you what is causing your symptoms, and no chair or accessory described here treats, cures or fixes a medical condition.
If you are in pain, see a qualified clinician. Do not delay doing so because of anything you read here. Every page about pain on this site carries a section naming signals that warrant medical attention rather than a purchase - pain radiating below the knee, numbness or weakness, night pain, sudden onset after an injury, or any change in bladder or bowel control. Those sections are there because they matter.
Accuracy of published specifications
Every specification on this site is taken from the manufacturer's own published figures or an authorized retailer's published specification table, with a link to the source on each product. We have not measured any of these products ourselves and we do not claim to have.
Manufacturers change specifications, revise products without changing their names, and occasionally publish figures that are themselves wrong. We verify on the cadence set out in our editorial policy and we date the verification, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it.
Check the specification with the retailer or manufacturer before you buy. Especially the seat height and seat depth, because those are the ones that decide whether a chair fits you. If you find an error, tell us at contact@spineandseat.com and we will correct and date it.
No prices
We do not publish prices. Where we describe a price band in prose - "under $300", for instance - that is a category, not a quotation, and products move between bands. The price that applies is the one shown by the retailer when you arrive.

We are not a retailer
Spine & Seat sells nothing. We do not hold stock, process payments, ship goods, or handle returns, warranties or refunds. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, on their terms. Warranty terms quoted on this site are the manufacturer's published terms as we found them, and the manufacturer's own documentation governs.
