Especially worth writing about

A published specification on this site is wrong.
A product we feature has been discontinued.
A link goes somewhere it should not.
A manufacturer has changed a product without changing its name.

We check the claim against the manufacturer's figures, correct it, date the correction, and reply to tell you what we did. The process is written out in the editorial policy.

What we cannot help with

Medical questions. We are not clinicians and we will not pretend to be. See someone qualified.
Order problems. We do not sell anything. Any issue with a purchase is between you and the retailer.
Sponsored placement. We do not sell it, and asking will not change that.
